When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, the front desk personal was friendly and helpful. There was plenty off parking with excellent lighting, I felt safe in the parking area. I really like the room it was spacious, it did have a smoking smell but I know everyone does not follow the rules. I was able to get the smell to go away. The bathroom was amazing. I love the dining options at the hotel/ resort the food was really good. The casino area was amazing with the different gaming options provided.

I liked that there were options on dining. The bisto area that stays open 24 hrs is excellent. Great for a late night snack, early morning coffee or just to soothe your hunger! I also felt much safer outdoors after dark. I have stayed at a few hotel/casinos in the Shreveport area & been approached by some sketchy people. The facility was clean, the staff were knowledgeable and eager to be of service. The only thing I didn't like or prepare for was that there wasn't a hair dryer in the room. Easy fix ...we purchased one from a local store. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

The V.I.P manager ray took very good care of us all gave us a tour of the gaming floor and kept a helpfull but close eye out and made sure we were comfortable, the staff was great we did have a very excellent black jack dealer named terri that deserves a raise and vacation for service and knowlage she provided to a bunch on novice players. We will be back yearly and hope to see our favorite staff members agin thankyou for the hospitality and experince.

Good people great food, beautiful 😍❤️ scenery. We had the best view I've never slept with the window open I had a view so beautiful I didn't have to shut the curtains off so I had a beautiful sunset and sunrise 🌄🌞 omg
